There is no activity your host does more than climb on rocks. For 30 years, Mark has traveled near and far to rock climb with an emphasis on alpine and desert trad. There are some hidden treasures in the area, so ask Mark about where to climb!

Of all the outdoor activities to do near Silverton, mountain biking and bike packing are high on the list of Mark’s favorites. The mountain biking near Silverton is some of the best in the state, which is saying a lot. Silverton hosts miles of alpine singletrack, challenging gravel, and unmatched scenery. Mark will be offering mountain bike rentals to coincide with the opening of the Bakers Park trail system accessible from the Lodge - more to come.
